  Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase of a full suspension electric bike with BBSHD motor. The real test of customer service is when things don't go entirely to plan, in this sense Tony has been fantastic in resolving any issues that arise with the build and answer any questions and concerns. In my case it ended up being simply that the battery had become dislodged from it's mount during transport. Tony has been amazingly responsive, helpful and conscientious from start to finish, plus the end result is beautiful looking bikes that put a huge grin on your face. I would purchase from him again in future.

  Very professional eBike conversion. Great after sales service. Tony is very nice to deal with, helpful, and has an in-depth knowledge of Bikes, motors, electronics and batteries. I ended up with a bike that perfectly matches my needs. Thanks.

  Ordered a brand new bike and conversion kit from Tony and very pleased. Not only in the product but also the service is second to none. I was unsure on certain aspects including what bike and kit to go for. Lucky for me I live new by and was able to visit Tony at his workshop where I was able to try a few already built bikes. Tony really knows his stuff and is very particular in getting everything setup just right.
